Can be used in a variety of ways:
- Spray directly into the mouth after brushing teeth or at any other time of the day. Use the tongue to spread over the gums. Excess can be swallowed or spat out.
- Spray the product 2 to 3 times onto your toothbrush and gently brush onto the gums.
- Spray directly into the mouth before flossing to clean the gums deep down.
