1. Apply a serum or moisturiser to the skin.

2. Glide the Magic Mushrooms gently and slowly over and under the eyes simultaneously on each side, starting from the inner corner of the eye and moving to the outer corner.

3. Move up to the temples, concentrating on this area.

4. Massage and smooth the cheeks and forehead to relax the skin and relieve musle tension, working outwards from the centre of the face.

5. Move down the face and massage up and down your neck several times.

Care instructions: Clean using a cloth lightly dampened with mineral water and soap. For deeper cleansing, use sacred sage or Palo Santo.
