Usage tips
Apply a couple of drops of oil to the face, neck and chest. Roll the roller over the face in light, smoothing motions as follows:
1. Forehead - Start between the eyebrows and roll up towards the hairline. Continue with light movements towards the temples.
2. Under eye area - With the small roller start at the inner corner of the eye and roll outwards towards the temple increasing the pressure as you go.
3. Cheeks - Roll the larger of the two rollers out from the nose towards the ears. Repeat across the entirety of the cheek area.
4. Jawline - Start at the centre of the chin and roll out along the jawbone to alleviate muscular tension. Once you have finished with the jawbone, place the roller in the centre of the forehead beneath the hairline and roll outwards and downwards towards the earlobe. This improves circulation and drainage before moving onto the neck.
5. Neck - Smooth downwards starting from below the earlobe towards the clavicles to optimise drainage via the lymph glands.
