Credit card payments on the site are secured, they are made via Shopify Payment, a payment system. The Oh My Cream website does not take your banking information at any time.
In order to ensure the security of the payment by credit card, the Buyer must transmit to Oh My Cream the visual cryptogram (CVV) on the back of the bank card used by the Buyer.
Oh My Cream reserves the right to request a photocopy of the Customer’s form of identity when making an online payment by bankcard. The Customer holds the right to access, modify or delete this personal information by writing to Oh My Cream (47 rue de Babylone, 75007 Paris, France or hello@ohmycream.com).
In order to prevent online fraud, any Customer information can be transferred to any parties determined by Oh My Cream for the sole purpose of verifying the identity of the Customer, the validity of the Order and the means of delivery.
Oh My Cream uses a secure payment system called Shopify Payment. The security of the payment is based on the authentication of the Buyer, and on the confidentiality of all data. To ensure this security, Shopify Payment uses proven cryptographic techniques and respects the various banking regulations applicable in the UK.
