Orders

An online order is processed once payment has been accepted by Oh My Cream. Oh My Cream reserves the right to refuse orders placed by customers involved in any previous problems involving payment. Oh My Cream also reserves the right to request any necessary information from the customer, such as proof of identity or proof of address. If the customer does not respond within 5 days, their order will be automatically cancelled. Oh My Cream is only committed to carrying out received orders if stocks allow it.

We ship all order with a Standard delivery (estimated 1-3 days) with DPD:

- £5 for orders up to £59.99

- Free for orders over £60 

All orders placed before 12pm from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the same day. All orders placed after 12pm from Monday to Thursday will be dispatched the next day.

Returns

Do you want to return a product? No problem! For all returns, please send us a short email at hello@ohmycream to let us know. Please specify : the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a voucher or a refund. This will ensure that your request is processed correctly and that it is handled more quickly.

Any customer may request the exchange of his article within 14 days from the delivery date.

The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

If the item is refused by Oh My Cream, it will be returned to the Customer at Oh My Cream's expense without the Customer being able to claim any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been notified by the Customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the Customer.

Where the order was accompanied by a conditional gift - for example, a gift only offered if a minimum order value was reached, such as the Goodie Bag - if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer fulfils the conditions of the offer, in this case the gift must also be returned to us in order to be refunded.

Oh My Cream gift cards are can be spent on any available products on our e-store and are valid for a year. Gift cards cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer and are only valid one at a time.
