What is your vision of beauty?

"To make great skincare easy. Not complicated, not too many products but yet effective and result-driven. What inspired you to create Verso Skincare?

"Vitamin A is known to be the Golden Standard of skin rejuvenation. I saw an opportunity to create a skincare range with an effective vitamin A technology without any side effects and/or discomfort. The pure form of vitamin A is Retinoic Acid, an ingredient only to be prescribed by doctors and dermatologists. All vitamin A derivatives will eventually convert into Retinoic Acid via an enzymatic process, some are better, and some are less effective. With our technology, Retinol 8 and NEAR 1, we saw the opportunity to offer highly effective vitamin A products suitable for everyday use."

Why did you want to focus on retinol?

“I don’t think there is any ingredient that is so well known and researched as Vitamin A. Our vision is that everybody should use at least one vitamin A-based product daily. We know it has so many great benefits in skin rejuvenation and healthy-looking skin but at the same time, some people can experience discomfort. Our focus is to provide products to everybody and with Retinol 8 and NEAR 1 we have technology that is even hypoallergenic. This has been a key driver in our development. Verso Super Elixir with NEAR 1 has been tested on people with sensitive skin without any experiencing discomfort and it has been labelled hypoallergenic. Verso Night Cream with Retinol 8 has been carefully formulated with calming ingredients and is a product we recommend (along with Super Elixir) for people that are new to vitamin A and want to start retinol.”
