Use every morning, before eating breakfast or brushing your teeth. Hold one end of the tongue scraper with each hand and position the curved part at the back of the tongue. Scrape the tongue from back to front while applying gentle pressure, starting in the middle and then on each side. Rinse well after each use.
* Copper naturally oxidises over time, but this does not affect its anti-microbial properties. To restore its original shine, rub it with a soft cloth dipped in mixture of white vinegar and salt before rinsing in warm water.
