Rethink what saunas are all about when you try the infrared version. Our team is addicted to this new wellbeing ritual which is much less agressive than a classic sauna.
Usage tips
2 to 3 sessions per week are ideal to optimise the effects of infrared light on the body. NB - a 45 minute sessions includes a 30 minute sauna plus 15 minutes (before and after the session) to shower and moisturise.
*The gift cards purchased online are valid on the website and instore with the UK only with the voucher code received by email. Our gift cards cannot be combined together, or with promotional codes and cannot be refunded even partially for any reason (including stealing, deterioration or expiration).

Results
Gentle infrared rays generate a soft heat that allows you to spend much longer in an infrared sauna than in a traditional one. Relaxation, toxin elimination and a glowing complexion are the order of the day. Other benefits include :
