Usage tips
1. Apply an oil or cream to your face (the roller may also be used on bare skin). Starting with the lower section of the face, apply light pressure and work upwards for a draining effect.
2. Massage the forehead from the centre of the eyebrows to the hairline. Move across the entire surface of the forehead, up to the temples.
3. Use the finest part of the roller to massage the delicate eye area, from the inner to the outer corners of the eye.
4. To relax the contours of the mouth, use the small side of the roller in a faster motion. Massage the lips, holding the skin of the mouth on either side for instant rejuvination.
5. Finish by massaging the neck: move from the top to the bottom for a draining effect or from bottom to top for a lifting effect. Don't forget to massage the chest area.
To care for your roller: Clean using a cloth lightly dampened with mineral water and soap. Avoid metal areas. For deeper cleansing, use sacred sage or Palo Santo.
