Usage tips
Take 2 to 3 capsules a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Follow with the "Mermaid hair... s'il vous plaît" treatment for optimal results!
Recommended duration: 3 months for long-lasting results. You will see the first results after 1 month.
It is not advised to exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
This supplement is not recommended for smokers (presence of beta-carotene in spirulina). It is compatible with breastfeeding (it contains galactogenic brewer's yeast).
