How to: cover your redness like a pro

Red patches, couperose, rosacea... Do you see red? To conceal your skin redness, here is a complete tutorial which helps you to adopt the right products and make-up techniques to get an even complexion ;-)

Step 1: Correct the redness

Start by applying RMS Beauty's Un Cover-Up (shown here in shade #22): a multi-purpose essential that corrects redness without smothering or damaging the skin. It is applied to areas of redness, small imperfections and dark circles on the face with a flat brush or by tapping directly with the finger.

Step 2: Fix the concealer for the whole day

We move on to RMS Beauty's Un Powder, an ultra-fine, almost transparent powder: the crucial step to fix the concealer and blur all the little flaws. For an optimal result, you can apply it on the shiny areas with a powder brush.

Step 3: Even out your skin tone in a high tolerance version

Then, use Jane Iredale's Purepressed Base SPF20 mineral foundation (shown here in Warm Silk), a high-tolerance pressed powder foundation, with The Handi foundation brush from the same brand. To apply, simply take a small amount of powder and apply it all over the face when paying attention to redness areas.

Step 4: Enhance the complexion and cheekbones (without risks)

You read that right, we dare to use colour with the Oh My Cream Skincare Powder Blush for a natural healthy glow. The peach shade is chosen so as not to bring out redness and so avoid any risk ;-)

The little extra: fix the make-up for a long-lasting make-up

Finally, finish your makeup with your favourite mist to set the makeup for a second skin effect. Spray about 20 cm from the skin and leave to dry. The ideal asset for an even complexion all day long!
