Application tips
Take 2 capsules of L'Essentiel Peau per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum effectiveness.
At any time of day, take 1 to 2 sticks of Collagen daily, dissolved in the beverage of your choice (hot or cold). Ideally used as a 3-month course, but it can also be taken continuously.
Our tip: pour in the collagen first, then add water for optimal dissolution.
Recommended duration: ideally 3 months.
