City Guide: in London with Mirror Water

Fancy a trip to London? We asked the Mirror Water brand, and more specifically its founder and wellness enthusiast, Estée Lalonde, to share with us her favourite addresses for a self-care stay in London.

For a workout

Studio Anatomy Pilates - I’m a big lover of reformer pilates and this studio is a beautiful place to tone.

1st Floor, 1 King Edward's Rd, London E9 7SF, United Kingdom

To find your next summer read

Daunt Books, a stunning bookshop with long oak galleries and graceful skylights located in Marylebone, the perfect neighborhood to follow up with some shopping. - I could spend hours perusing the books in here.

84 Marylebone High St, London W1U 4QW, United Kingdom

For lunch or dinner

Sonoria Tacqueria - delicious tacos worth the wait!

208 Stoke Newington High St, London N16 7HU, United Kingdom

To see some art

The White Cube Gallery - I used to live in Bermondsey and still love walking around the area and popping into the White Cube Gallery. It's a superb contemporary art gallery that's very intimate and pleasant to wander around in.

White Cube Bermondsey, 144-152, Bermondsey St, London SE1 3TQ, United Kingdom

For a refreshing walk

Abney Park Cemetery, a true sanctuary to walk my rescue dog Effie. It’s a peaceful place filled with greenery and four legged friends.

Stoke Newington High St, London N16 0LH, United Kingdom

The must-see neighborhood

Soho is one of my favourite parts of London. There’s so much to absorb and see! My favourite Sunday activity: grab breakfast at Café Bohême.

13 Old Compton St, London W1D 5JQ, United Kingdom

For a sweet break

Violet Cakes in London Fields - The best of the best. I highly recommend to get the scone: probably the best one of your life.

47 Wilton Way, London, E8 3ED, United Kingdom

The ultimate tourist attraction

The Natural History Museum - the crystal room is next level. I’m due a trip to bask in the energy!

Cromwell Rd, South Kensington, London SW7 5BD, United Kingdom

For a nice summer day

Hampstead Heath  - endless fields and forest to explore (320 hectares to be exact). Go for a swim in the ponds if you’re feeling earthy.

For drinks

Gordon's Wine Bar - I believe this is the oldest wine bar in London. It’s a super fun 19th-century wine bar for a nice experience under candlelit vaulted cellars.

47 Villiers St, London WC2N 6NE, United Kingdom
