Usage tips
Apply a couple of drops to the face, neck and chest. Apply light pressure as you move the roll-on over the skin.
1. Forehead: Start between the eyebrows and move upwards to the hairline. Continue in upwards movements across the forehead towards the temples.
2. Under the eyes: Using the smaller roller, start at the inner corner of the eye and move along the length of the eye in one movement applying increasing pressure until you reach the temple.
3. Cheeks: Roll the larger roller from the nose to the ear. Repeat all over the cheeks.
4. Jawline: Start at the centre of the chin and roll along the jaw to ease muscle tension. Once you have finished the jaw area, apply the roller to the zone between the centre of the hairline towards the top of the jaw and the ear lobe. This improves circulation and drainage before moving onto the neck.
5. Neck: Smooth the neck from beneath the ear lobe moving towards the clavicles to optimise drainage via the lymph glands.
