Pour 4 soup spoons of the salts directly into a hot bath (ideally at 37°C, the natural body temperature). For a foot bath, use just one spoon. Spend at least 30 minutes in the bath to give the salts time to work. *These bath salts do not produce any foam and dissolve instantly.

The Alkali Deacidifying Salts reduce acidity in the skin, aid toxin elimination and hydrate even the driest and malnourished skins. They help to preserve the skin's protective film and the milk protein in bicarbonate of soda relieves irritation and uncomfortable sensations whilst nourishing dry and reactive skins to help them feel soft and comfortable once more. Liquorice root calms redness and irritation leaving the skin soothed, soft and the body relaxed.
