How would you define beauty today?
"To me, beauty is about truly being yourself and embracing that fully. It comes from feeling happy and “comfortable within yourself - that inner confidence naturally reflects the outside. Ultimately, confidence is beauty, and it’s something you can instantly feel and see.”
Which beauty expert do you trust completely with your skin?
“My mother.”
Do you have a secret beauty spot you love and recommend only to close friends?
“For me, it would have to be our spas - which isn’t much of a secret. But there are certain therapists I go to for body treatments who I absolutely adore. They make such a difference to how I feel, and those are the ones I tend to share only with close friends.”
Where do you go when you need a true moment of relaxation and a wellness reset?
“If I’m looking for a true health and gut reset, Mayrlife Medical Retreat is my go-to. It’s in Austria, and it genuinely works. The doctors are incredible; the treatments are highly effective, and even the food is carefully designed - you come back feeling like a completely new person.”
Where do you go to activate “do not disturb” mode?
I have to admit, I don’t do it as often as I should. Ideally, it’s when I’m on vacation - especially by the “beach with a good book. I also find that evenings at home, when I’ve gotten into a great new TV show, can be just as perfect for truly switching off.”
And where do you go when you need a quick escape for a day?
“I love escaping to the countryside just outside of London - long walks in nature, a delicious lunch, or even horseback riding. If I can, I’ll stay overnight; there’s something so refreshing about waking up outside the city, even if it’s just for a moment.”
