Application tips
Take 2 capsules of L’Essentiel Peau per day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach for maximum effectiveness.
Take 1 to 2 sachets of The Collagen Tripeptides Food Supplement daily, at any time of the day, dissolved in a drink of your choice (hot or cold). This supplement is ideally taken as a 3-month programme, but can also be taken on an ongoing basis.
Our tip: pour the collagen in first, then add water for optimal dilution.
Recommended duration: ideally 3 months
