Remove one patch at a time using the spatula and apply it with your fingers to clean skin directly under the eyes. After about 15 to 20 minutes, remove the patch and gently tap the excess concentrate into the skin. Rinse the patches under water to break them down after use (to avoid throwing them in the trash). For a more intense effect, keep them refrigerated.
