Unlike classic face scrubs with grains, which exfoliate the skin mechanically, Dermalogica's scrub performs a so-called chemical exfoliation thanks to enzymes contained in rice bran powder and papain, as well as acids such as salicylic acid. It comes in powder to be mixed with a little water to obtain a creamy foam that will gently exfoliate the skin, ridding it of dead cells and impurities. This gentle exfoliator respects the skin's balance, but visibly purifies it and evens out the complexion. At Oh My Cream, Dermalogica's Daily Microfoliant is one of our favourite facial scrubs.
