Usage tips
Take 2 capsules of the Wild Nutrition Food-Grown® Perimenopause Complex or the Wild Nutrition Food-Grown® Menopause Complexper day, morning or night, with or without food.
Apply the Odylique Creamy Coconut Cleanser to face, neck and around the eyes in gentle circular motions. Remove with damp cotton pads or damp facecloth.
After cleansing, apply the Green People Age Defy Collagen Boost Vit C Serum sparingly to face, neck, and décolletage with fingertips using light tapping movements, either morning or evening.
Morning and/or evening, depending on skin type. Apply 2 to 3 drops of the Antipodes Divine Face Oil Rosehip Avocado Oil all over the face. If necessary, follow with a skincare cream. We recommend using it in the evening only for combination to oily skin.
Apply a small amount of the Evolve Hydrate and Protect Moisturiser on the face. Gently massage the skin and neck with circular movements.
Section wet hair and dispense Innersense I Create Volume into palms, awakening between hands. Distribute by smoothing with fingertips from roots to ends. Diffuse or air dry to define texture, or blow dry smooth.
