Once you've applied our Nourishing Oil, start to run the gua sha over the skin on both the rough and smooth sides. Start on the shins and work up towards the heart. To make the massage as beneficial as possible, keep the gua sha somewhere cold before using. To help reduce cellulite, run the gua sha under hot water for a couple of minutes before using. Rinse in clean water and dry after use. To recharge, leave the gua sha in a bowl of water for a couple of hours or place it near to the smoke of a Palo Santo stick.

As a precaution, this product is not recommended during pregnancy.

The result? Used with our Nourishing Oil, it helps to improve skin texture, make cellulite less visible, stimulate blood circulation and reduce water retention.
