Place the device on the area you wish to target for 2 minutes, treating up to 4 different areas per session (8 minutes in total, with automatic shut-off). Use up to 5 times a week for at least 4 weeks for optimal results. Cleanse the skin before use; clean the device after each use with a damp cloth, with the device switched off and unplugged.
