Use on dry skin before taking a bath or a shower. Start from the feet and work up the legs to the thighs. Continue with the arms, the stomach, the back and the bottom, always brushing inwards towards the heart. Brush lightly but firmly in upwards movements. After showering apply your usual milk of oil.
