Usage tips
Mist the Aromatherapy Associates Sleep Mist over your body, sheets and pillows, before climbing into bed. Take a deep breath and inhale the aromas for maximum benefit.
In the evening, on clean skin, take 2 to 3 drops of the Aurelia London Cell Repair Night Oil and massage into the face and neck.
Once or twice a week, apply a generous amount of Ren Clean Skincare Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask to clean skin, taking care to avoid the eye area. Leave on for ten minutes then rinse off with lukewarm water or reusable cotton pad. PS, if you feel a little tingle it’s totally normal.
